PRODUCTION LINES CONTROL
New build production controls are performed at the point of container manufacture. The new build controls ensure that the containers are manufactured in compliance with procedures according to CTC guide line as container manufactory inspection manual, ISO and owner’s specification, Working procedures are as below:

A,Specification & drawings check carefully on behalf of container owner first while surveyor arrived in factory, that the purpose is double check with factory drawings in details to ensure all things fit with the specification.

B, Check all nominated materials before on line production, especially, coil sheets COR-TEN chemical testing must be carried out while de-coiling to ensure all are COR-TEN steel which are used in each production.

C, Production lines jig/fixture checking before boxes on line, ensures all the structure fits with specification especially at the special design.

D, Check flooring boards condition & paints condition especially for zinc rich primer should be checked with DFT gauge, took gauge and pelt gauge to ensure that all layers of paints fits with the DFT reading according to owner and paints supplier specification.

E, Check all components dimension and ISO over all dimensions and welding conditions carefully.

F, Coalescent IICL & new building guild line during inspection
Our CTC team making good treatment in the anti-corrosion hidden areas coalescent with IICL criterion during new building inspection,

G, Final acceptance inspection, ensures all containers fit with acceptable condition on yard.
